Bom Shield bio-control agent bottle in a field of seedlings

Bom Shield

Bio-Control Agent

A biological solution developed to help suppress fungal

pathogens while supporting a healthier rhizosphere ecosystem.

How it works:

Microbes parasitizes and degrades the cell wall of pathogenicous

fungi, induce systemic resistance in the host plant.

Grows around the root system protecting like shield &

supplying nutrients like growth promoting hormones

Doses:

0.5lit/acre or 1.5lit/HA per application

Application protocol:

BIO ACTIVATION

Bom Shield contains microbes in sporulated form;

so for best results they are to be activated i.e. brought to

life before application.

  • Protection from commondiseases: Root-rot, Rust,Wilt, Anthracnose, Canker,Dieback, Scab, Blight,Downy & Powdery Mildew...
  • Enhances rootdevelopment& nutrient uptake
  • Induces systemicresistance in thehost plant
  • Improves planthealth & overallresilience
  • Supports sustainable& eco-friendlycrop protection

Application Protocol

  1. 1Bring to boil 20Ltr of waterBring to boil20Ltr of water
  2. 2Mix 2Kg jaggery thoroughlyMix 2Kg jaggerythoroughly
  3. 3Cook it down to room temperatureCook it down to roomtemperature
  4. 4Add 1 lit Bom Shield & leave it covered with cloth for 48-72hrs.Add 1 lit Bom Shield & leave itcovered with cloth for 48-72hrs.

Foliar Spray:(for control of diseases)

Mix bio-activated Shield in plenty of water (dilution 1:30-1:40) and spray thoroughly on foliage, barks, stems & underneath the leaves

Foliar spray soaking underneath the leaves

Ensure soaking underneath the leaves

(as pruning wound agent)

Soak & drench the pruning wounds throughly, also make sure it's sprayed on the pruning litter so they can disable spores of existing pathogens

Seed/ Seedling Treatment:(Give your plant a LIFE LONG PROTECTIVE SHIELD)

Seed Treatment:

Soak seeds in bioactivated Shield solution (dilution 1:5-1:10) for at least 30min before planting

Seedling roots dipped in bio-activated Shield solution

Ensure solution adheres to the roots

Seedling Treatment:

Dilute bio-activated Shield solution (1:20) & dip/ soak the roots before planting

  • Preferably apply in the afternoon or on an overcast day, microbes need a little time in settling down so if harsh that may reduce efficacy. Specially during efficacy. Specially during dry seasons spraying in the afternoon is strictly advised
  • A drizzle or light rain during or after the application is no problem, in fact it is better
  • Avoid spraying during heavy rain
